Join us for the NH Mirror’s second annual Reflections Fashion Show from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23, at the Manchester Country Club in Bedford. In addition to the runway fashion show, the evening will include goody bags, hors d’oeuvres, cash bar and raffle prizes. The event will also mark the NH Mirror’s second anniversary.

Real Bodies ~ Clothing From Bali is a woman-owned and managed company that designs and imports a unique line of women’s apparel. The shop specializes in Balinese batik and print fashions that are comfortable and affordable, encouraging the full expression of women of many shapes and sizes.

The main shop is headquartered in Falmouth on Cape Cod, Mass., and the company began in 1991 as a small, home-based business. The Milford shop opened in 2001.

Real Bodies creates its styles and materials in Bali, Indonesia. The artisans there provide a vast selection of gorgeous fabric designs and colors to satisfy a wide range of tastes and styles. Elizabeth’s on Elm, run by Elizabeth Poirier, designer jeweler, is a full service jewelry boutique with custom creations in silver, gold and platinum, and genuine gemstones of all varieties – from rainbow-colored sapphires and diamonds, to opaque cabachons such as onyx, chrysopraise and labrodorite.

All of the designs, using your gemstones or theirs, are created in the workshop at the back of the store. Some repair work can be done while you wait, and custom work may take several appointments through the creative process.
